The next beer dinner is almost full and the menu is almost done. We will be featuring Halloween-inspired beers and Harvest Ales … since the dinner is going to be on Halloween!! That’s right Monday October 31st at 7pm. Staff Costumes are still being discussed. I can’t give you too many details about the menu but I can tell you Chef Thi has one course down … The Hannibal Lecter dish: lamb chops with lamb brain crepinette, or sausage, along with fava beans and a nice Chianti sauce!!
